March 27 – May 1 (6 sessions)

Digital Photography Beginners 101 will provide attendees with the skills needed to achieve success in photographing Nova Scotia’s beauty. There will be equal emphasis on both the artistic as well as the technical however we will learn that both are closely connected, especially for landscape/seascape images. While the technical information will lean towards DSLRs, Mirrorless and ‘bridge’ cameras primarily, the artistic components of the course will apply to all camera types. Some of the topics to be covered are Composition, Exposure, Moving water effects and macro photography. This course will provide a solid foundation for next level workshops.
