9:00am – 12:00pm
* NOTE: This workshop has moved from October 27th (as advertised in our printed calendar) to November 3rd.
We have all experienced some form of loss or grief in our lives leaving us with reflections, memories, insight and questions. Together, in a supportive environment , this workshop will explore writing as a way to explore and express the impact that loss has had on our lives. . Whether you have always loved keeping a journal, or haven't written a thing since you practiced the alphabet in grade two, this workshop is for you. Although it is not specifically therapy-focused, the method creates a space in which all participants can reflect and write, if they choose, and where everyone will be encouraged.
