This unique course will cover various elements of winemaking and vine growing in the province by showcasing a variety of local experts.  Each session will feature two speakers representing winemakers, wine growers, and other wine specialists. Topics include climate, practices, economic implications, sparkling wines, and Tidal Bay wine. 

We anticipate this course will be scheduled for March/April 2017, however it may be postponed until next year. This will be confirmed by Jan. 31, 2017.
