October 3 — November 21 (8 sessions)

This  8 week course is offered to learn the fundamentals of  botanical art in drawing and painting. It is an exacting and extremely rewarding form of art. The first three to four weeks instruction will be developing drawing skills and the last four or five in painting. The main focus will be on wild flora, berries, fungi and more. No special skill is required, except a fairly steady hand and a love of art and nature.

In 2018 we will be celebrating the Worldwide Botanical art exhibition where we will be linking people around the world to plants through contemporary botanical art.
