Did you know that coffee beans are seeds of a cherry grown on shrubs? This course will explore coffee beyond the tasty beverage we know and enjoy. We will dive into the history, agriculture, processing, economics, and politics of the one of world’s most consumed caffeinated beverages.  Each class will include a lesson on various brewing methods and tasting analysis component alongside trained coffee professionals.
