Through a combination of approaches such as structured sensory interventions, art and play therapies, yoga, mindfulness meditation, trauma-focused CBT, and somatic based interventions, this professional seminar will focus on creating safety and harmonizing the psychological, cognitive, and physiological responses of the client.
This workshop is presented as part of the MEd Counselling Program's Professional Seminar Series 2022.
